Comment to Andrew Stark in reference to Mike Filsaime Dear Mr Stark, We have read your comment about Mike Filsaime and his sneaky tactics. We agree with you they are sneaky tactics and should be avoided at all costs. However, from what we have witnessed as new marketers these practices are the norm rather than the exception. In our short experience, we have joined many programs we thought were honorable and above board only later to find that the expectation was to tout oneself as an “expert” when no expertice was warranted. The OTO offers designed to create urgency in the buyer and the popups to drive people insane are a hindrance, underhanded and annoying. All this, in our opinion does not create a repeat customer base. When the experts resort to bad mouthing and back stabbing each other, it does not bode well for the marketing profession. Though we appreciate the warning about Mike, shouldn’t you address this situation directly with Mike Filsaime? Maybe when the “gurus” start behaving more constuctively and honorably, the internet can become a safer and more profitable enviorment for everyone. Sincerely, Daniel & Cecilia Zwanzig
